One day, motherhood sparked an unexpected entrepreneurial spirit within Nicole. This newfound drive led her to transition from the corporate world and launch Downtown Chic, an online fashion boutique for women seeking stylish professional attire. For nearly five years, Nicole cultivated a thriving community of like-minded female entrepreneurs.  Empowering others became a passion. She mentored countless women, equipping them to launch their own online brands.

The pandemic presented a new challenge, and Nicole saw a chance to make an even greater impact. This meant focusing her expertise on Chance Digital Agency, where she now helps small businesses navigate the evolving landscape and achieve success in the digital world.

Chance Digital Agency guides businesses to conquer the digital realm with compelling brand strategies, eye-catching visual identities, and engaging content (graphics, photography & video) to drives results.

Nicole's influence extends beyond marketing. As a dedicated content creator, she shares "Mompreneur Hacks" on social media, inspiring other women. Her tips and tricks focus on helping women achieve work-life balance to design the life they desire.

Nicole is a volunteer with Dress for Success Miami empowering women become economically independent. She also contributes to The Rosales Sisters' Scholarship Program, supporting immigrant and first-generation students in California.

Holding an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, and a Master of Business Administration, Nicole embodies lifelong learning in a constantly evolving business landscape.
