About Nicole

I’m Nicole Cosentino, a creative director, brand strategist, and content creator.

 

I was born and raised in San Francisco and grew up between three cultures. My mom is from Panama, my dad is from Argentina, and that mix of backgrounds shaped how I see the world and connect with people.

 

Over the years I’ve lived and worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, and now Miami. My career began in corporate marketing, where I spent years learning how brands grow, how businesses operate, and how ideas connect with people.

 

Today I run Chance Digital Agency as a creative director and brand strategist, helping businesses shape their identity and tell their story. At the same time, I’ve always been deeply interested in mindset, personal growth, and the idea that we all have the ability to design our lives in a way that feels true to who we are.

 

Redefine You is where those ideas come together. It’s a place where I share perspective, lessons from my own experiences, and the things I continue learning as I grow.

 

I’m also a wife and a mom to a 10-year-old daughter and two stepdaughters. We carry the memory of one of them, Emily, who passed away in 2022 at the age of 19.

 

Like everyone else, I’m constantly evolving. Life moves through different seasons and chapters, and each one shapes who we become and how we move forward.

 

I believe those experiences are part of what helps us redefine success and continue creating a life that feels true to us.
